Conor Batters has been my point of contact for my re-mortgage and I absolutely could not fault him. The lender was slow and the remortgage conveyancers made numerous mistakes, but Conor was always there to happily sort everything out. He spent ages on the phone and Livechat to sort all the issues out and (finally!) get it through. Always calm, professional and friendly.

Being a first time buyer, the whole process was a little daunting at the start. But luckily for me and my partner we had Georgia Lord, who was fantastic!
