Where do I start, we applied for a house in march with Nikki Cockcroft which was a breeze Felt like we knew everything that was happening upto that point. She made the initial application simple and easy. A few things went wrong through the process which was Unrelated to the advice bureau. The people that was helping to handle our case Becky Taylor has been a absolute god send and helped us keep anchored to the ground as our heads where ready for exploding a few times throughout this whole process. Becky Taylor kept us sane and updated on where we was with the process on a daily basis when she was in work. Even with all this covid 19 situation she chased up the solicitors on both sides as well as our mortgage lender. If it wasn't for Becky we feel we would have pulled out from this property and possibly would of ended up renting for the rest of our lives.
