She is quick to respond to emails and was proactive in keeping me in the loop. Gabrielle (Swarbrick) - she has dealt with my mortgage application this time around. All of communications with her have been remote (due to COVID restrictions) however the advice she gave me was detailed and allowed me to make the right decision for me.
