The one part of the puzzle that was completely faultless was Ryder and Dutton! Evie was our contact and she literally kept on top of EVERYONE and EVERYTHING, including both solicitors, the vendor, and was always one step ahead of me. Lynn Hughes is an absolute star! She is a fantastic mortgage advisor and has been so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. My case was particularly difficult due to coronavirus, but Lynn stuck with it and managed to get my mortgage offer issued. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Peter Hill is also a fantastic guy and does a very thorough job, excellent service from genuine people cannot fault them at all. Best professional experience I've had.

Great Service from the Ashton under Lyne Team. Helen Burston who did the initial valuation/marketing was positive, supportive and very knowledgeable about the local market. This was extremely helpful to us as we are not from Tameside. Evangeline Wheal [Evie] was our everyday contact. She was excellent, extremely conscientious, supportive and built up a strong client relationship. The online tracker was a big help, although the one to one contact with Evie made this process hassle free. Overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend your company.
