Fabulous lettings agent

Brilliant!
We rented a property in Watermead through Jason for two years. Within that time, Jason was always incredibly helpful, personable, and quick to respond to any queries or issues. Always professional yet friendly, we would highly recommended renting a property through Baker Sales and Lettings.

Excellent service
Jason was a fantastic help when we were purchasing our home. He was friendly and welcoming when we first met for viewings, remembering us when we met again on an open house. He wasn't pushy, spoke in plain English and was nice to be around. Tricky to find these traits amongst a sea of estate agents who seem to only be looking for the sale. Jason seemed to genuinely care about what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home. He was very quick to reply to messages, and made sure he checked in with us as the purchasing process moved along. This was the first time we'd bought a house and Jason was happy to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!) with patience and he gave great advice.

Excellent professional service
We used Baker Sales & Lettings for the letting of our investment property in Aylesbury. Jason Baker (proprietor) dealt with the transaction from start to finish and found us a new suitable tenant within 1 week.. We found him to be personable, professional and went 'above and beyond' to provide a first class service. We have no hesitation recommending to other landlords.

Stress Free & Service With A Smile!
I had two Estate Agents come round look at my property to manage. Jason's rates were a little more at the time, however I decided to proceed with Baker Sales & Letting. This was due to the transparency being offered and I found Jason very personable, extremely professional, and moreover listened to what type of tenant I was seeking. During the 4 years Jason had been managing my property Jason has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Hardly any problems, receiving my monthly rental income on time and the best part being the property very well maintained when handed back this week. Highly recommend if your seeking a stress free and smooth transaction each time!

Straight forward, Transparent & friendly service
I used Baker lettings to rent out my property because he was recommended to me through a family member and the price was extremely competitive. I also felt that being a smaller company there would be less hassle with turnover of staff and he would be aware of what was going on with all the properties at all times. He was helpful, friendly and professional and the house was let pretty quickly. I would definitely use again!

Fantastic management and sale of property, highly recommended
We initially instructed Jason as our agent to rent out and manage our home as we were moving abroad. Jason provided a high class and personal service and made it easy to manage from a distance. We then decided to sell and asked Jason to list the house, the whole process was pain free and very well managed. We were kept informed at all times and would definitely use Jason again.

Smoothest house move

Very professional and friendly service

Professional, reliable and friendly service
I have used Baker Sales and Lettings for nearly 5 years to rent out my property. Jason Baker has always been professional, reliable and has provided a very efficient service. On top of this he is always super cheerful. Jason has recently sold my property and really went out of his way to ensure the sale went through. Highly recommended.
