Easiest and smoothest move thanks to Bakers.
Jason Baker was very professional and I felt safe and secure that my house would sell under his guidance, which it did and in a timely manner. Also he advised and negotiated with the buyers extremely well and I had the easiest and smoothest house move than I have ever had. Thanks Bakers Sales and Lettings.

Excellent service throughout the process of re-renting my property
Jason has been my agent for almost ten years and has found me tenants on 3 occasions. The tenants have all been outstanding (the tenants have all commented on Jason's outstanding service and I am sure would also rate Jason 5 stars). Jason does everything and keeps me informed at every stage of the way. His attention to detail is second to none. I always feel I have nothing to worry about and when I need to contact him via any communication means he replies promptly and informatively. An outstanding, reliable, honest and friendly agent in all respects. In my opinion he should be given a 5 star plus - it would be difficult to find a more proactive, knowledgeable and friendly agent.

Thoroughly professional with the personal touch
Very pleased with every aspect of service provided by Bakers, from my first telephone call to arrange a viewing for a prospective tenancy and over the next three years until I checked out. Professional and efficient service, yet friendly and personal. Very honest and fair in all matters, with no hidden or expensive fees, and a speedy return of deposit. I thoroughly recommend them.

I was very happy with the service from Baker Sales and lettings
Jason was so helpful to me, he negotiated with the vendors with the property I wanted to purchase and I was so happy when he said that they would except my offer. When ever I needed any questions answered Jason was always there to help, he was such a nice guy and so very easy to talk to. Many, many Thanks to you Jason for all that you did for me. Fantastic service from start to finish
We bought, rented out and sold our house with Jason in the last 5 years. He has been nothing less than professional throughout and I cannot fault the service. He has always been available and has managed all our needs (seemingly) effortlessly. I would highly recommend Baker Sales and Lettings

Great service, thanks Jason!
We were very pleased with the service offered by Baker Sales and Lettings during our period letting a house from Aug '14 to Oct '15. Jason was very friendly, helpful, delivering a personal service that I don't think we would have found anywhere else! Jason was very helpful when we needed to extend our tenancy by one month with relatively short notice, and also made moving out incredibly simple, making sure that we would be able to reclaim our full security deposit. Would highly recommend.
