Great overall experience, unfortunately all happened during the pandemic but they were really quick in getting the things sorted from their side. My seller was not so proactive and waited for his solicitors to get all the answers, this way in order to exchange unchained house took us 5 months nearly and it would've been longer if I would've not start a search on my own persuading everyone to be more proactive. Rachel Ciaburro was really helpful all the time keeping me updated and contacting the parts, as well as Andrew Kerr in the first part.
