Have recently moved from London to Aylesbury, found our new place with Michael Anthony on Right Move. Ben Hall was very professional in showing us plenty of options, always being clear about each one pros (region, amenities, schools, etc). Ben have helped us to negotiate a good price for it and we hit the hammer in late August/19. Very happy to say our process went very smoothly, and after less than 3 months we moved in. They've recommended a good conveyance company, which took good care of us. Rachel was instrumental in getting all parts chased and kept on top of timelines, since we had certain urgency to complete. I couldn't ask for more. Having used other estate agents before, I can see how Michael Anthony is differentiated by looking at your case with care, instead of seeing you as just another sale. They've recognised this was a life changing event for me and my family and really walked with us through it, even after completion. The old owners have let a load of rubbish in the house, which they took care by sending someone with a van to clear it out for us. So it was a very positive experience and, despite not thinking of moving again any time soon, if that happens, we'll defo count with Micheal Anthony again. Thanks.
