We have just exchanged on the sale of our property and I cannot praise Michael Anthony Estate Agents enough, the guys in the office were always polite and courteous and nothing was to much trouble, after every viewing we received an update. Once we had an offer and the sale started to proceed we received regular contact from Rachel Ciaburro, as the sale was reaching the final stages she kept in touch sometimes 3 - 4 times a day letting us know what was happening and giving the rest of the parties in the chain gentle encouragement to get the exchange done.
