Firstly by putting a fair valuation and organising an open house. This attracted lots of interest but these estate agents really do sort the wheat from the chaff. The original buyers pulled out and replaced by new buyers. The cottage was being sold through probate and took ages but Michael Anthony managed our buyers over the 3/4 months it took to complete.
