Really bad service from Ella , missed out on a rented property due to her not having application forms on her and then emailing them to me later next day and giving property to someone else same day, despite us being first to view and say yes we're interested, inaccurate information as they said all applications would be looked at and they had viewings booked all week lies they are useless would have them again emotionless and unprofessional.
