Michael Anthony sold our house in Aston Clinton last year and we received a great service from them from start to finish. In December 2022 we were approached by a debt collector agency claiming that we owed a sales fee to a previous agent for the property which Michael Anthony eventually sold. We believed that this was untrue but didn't know what steps we needed to take to prove it.
