The team at Michael Anthony did an amazing job as we had a particularly difficult buyer and associated solicitor. Lots of hurdles and work to get things completed but brilliant job I have to say thanks to Lewis, Ben, Kristina and the rest of the office.

Michael Anthony sold our house in Aston Clinton last year and we received a great service from them from start to finish. In December 2022 we were approached by a debt collector agency claiming that we owed a sales fee to a previous agent for the property which Michael Anthony eventually sold. We believed that this was untrue but didn't know what steps we needed to take to prove it. I can't thank and praise Mark Vosper enough, he really supported us and helped us to understand the processes we needed to go through in order to resolve this bogus claim.

We recently sold our house using Michael Anthony estate agents. There were a lot of ups and downs trying to sell, but the whole time our estate agents were amazing and got us through the process. We would like to thank the whole team for their professionalism and support. I can't say enough good things about Michael Anthony Estate Agents (Aylesbury Branch) whilst we were purchasing and selling our home this year. We started the process in March when I called up and spoke to Lewis Parker about putting our house on the market. We listed this in spring on a Thursday, and by Sunday we had about 15 viewings and near enough 10 offers. Lewis and his colleagues dealt with all of this and advised us of the best offer to take, and as a result, we went with a first-time buyer. Fast forward a few months and we found our property, only for the vendor to take it off the market the day after our mortgage offer was confirmed.....a day later, Michael Anthony called us with a new house coming on to the market in the area we wanted, we viewed it, made an offer and it was accepted. A few months down the line and after a lot of waiting, we had to unfortunately, break the chain otherwise we would lose our buyer. Whilst making the decision as to what to do, Lewis went above and beyond putting us in touch with Air BnB owners he knew in order to help us find accommodation whilst waiting for our purchase to go through. He has been at the end of the phone every time I've needed to speak to him, worked out of hours replying to my endless questions, and has quite honestly made the whole process really stress-free. Whilst waiting for our purchase to go through we were handed over to Kristina in Sales Progression who has been equally as brilliant. They were both in touch regularly to update us on the status and things we were waiting on - we were always kept in the loop. You hear bad things about estate agents, and there's so much competition as to who to go to, but without a shadow of a doubt, I can say Michael Anthony have gone above and beyond for us throughout the last 9 months and made the whole process as smooth as possible for us. Whilst we are certainly in no hurry to move any time again soon - when it comes to it, I know I won't look any further than these guys. Date of experience: 25 November 2022

I really can’t recommend Micheal Anthony’s enough. This was the second time we used them (first time we brought a property and this time we sold through them) and throughout the whole process, we were kept informed and listened to regularly. Have to say a special thank you to Kristina M who was my sales progressor- she was so helpful, pro active, consistent, friendly and really empathised with us when things became stressful (through no fault of micheal Anthony’s). She helped ensure any lose ends were tied up efficiently and the process was extremely quick thanks to her hard work. She never made me feel like my questions or anxiousness was too much and I really thank her for that. If we ever move in the future, we absolutely would choose Micheal Anthony’s again.

I can’t praise enough Michael Anthony from the beginning of the house search as we were first time buyers to the completion of the house we bought . We decided to sell our lovely home in July as we need to upgrade ourselves from 3 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms home since having 2 children and Andrew Kerr has been designated as our estate agent. I would like to say he has been brilliant all the way through the entire process providing us with all the information and assistance whenever needed. He is a great asset for the company, extremely professional, really has that "know how" factor, he is very patient and always in great mood, just gives you that confidence that all will be handled properly. Would also like to mention Ben who assisted with viewings of the property and he found our buyers (lucky them by the way as they got a great house) Kristina from sales progression team is also fantastic, she helped us a lot specially at the final stage and she got involved following up every step to complete the sale accordingly in a timely manner.
