Martin & Co are a fantastic letting agency. As a first time renter, my experience of enquiry through to actually moving in could not have been smoother (a specific mention to Craig of the Ayr Branch is appropriate here, thanks Craig!) They offer support on virtually a 24 hour 7 day a week basis between either email, telephone or out of hours services. Any time I have any concerns, queries or problems regarding my rented property I reach out via email and have always received a response within the day. Solutions to problems are as quick as time allows and nothing gets left without being attended to! And a special thanks to Anthony of the Ayr branch in this respect. All subcontractors that Martin & Co use are also fantastic, friendly and fast at fixing your problems.
