I have currently been renting with martin & co for 9 years. I find all the letting agents to be very helpul and professional. I have always had any maintenance issues dealt with quickly and also find the maintenance team friendly and trustworthy when working at my property. As a professional renter (renting properties in and around ayrshire for 32 years), i would have no hesitation in recomending martin & co ayr for any property venture. I feel safe and comfortable in my property knowing that health and safety standards are being maintained regularly and that i can phone for advice anytime. Thanks to everyone at the ayr branch.
