Excellent, efficient and professional service.
UPS (Gareth) were brilliant from start to finish. They came and valued our house and had it for sale in no time. The pictures and exposure UPS got for us, ultimately sold the property quickly and we were delighted with the service. Mark.

Beyond Excellent sevice
Gareth and his team in UPS Ballymena provided me with excellent advice from point of contact to the end of sale. The team were very professional and efficient with lots of relevant communication regularly and in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation using UPS again and would highly recommend.

Estate Agent with a difference!
I recently bought a house in Ballymena and dealt with Paula at UPS throughout the process. She was patient, diplomatic, helpful and understanding even though the sale dragged on somwhat due to xmas holidays, survey issues etc, I was hugely impressed by Paula's attitude, there was no pressure and none of the usual estate agent game-playing, just very honest information and advice. I was kept up to date with any developments and Paula always called back promptly or left messages. This approach made the process as stress-free as possible, both for us and the vendors. Very highly recommended.

Excellent service!
Selling of our property went so smoothly with UPS. Have had a great selling experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and made the process stress free. They were at the end of the phone willing to help with any questions I had. Benefited from UPS mortgage advisor also who was only at the end of the phone and explained the types of insurance so that I understood. Highly recommend UPS services!
