Estate Agent with a difference!

I recently bought a house in Ballymena and dealt with Paula at UPS throughout the process. She was patient, diplomatic, helpful and understanding even though the sale dragged on somwhat due to xmas holidays, survey issues etc, I was hugely impressed by Paula's attitude, there was no pressure and none of the usual estate agent game-playing, just very honest information and advice. I was kept up to date with any developments and Paula always called back promptly or left messages. This approach made the process as stress-free as possible, both for us and the vendors. Very highly recommended.
