We have used Martin & Co for around 8 years now to let our apartment in Banbury. in all this time we have never had a month without a tenant and although problems have been rare when they have occurred they have been very swiftly and efficiently dealt with. The staff turn over is low so there is a very good continuity within the business. We would definitely recommend them to friend and family

Great letting company, I enquired about a property over the phone and they couldn’t of been more helpful and lovely, unfortunately the property didn’t meet my requirements but would recommend to anyone who is looking to rent in the Banbury area

Lovely boss, quick and efficient team. Any problems reported via their problem-reporting portal were dealt with quickly. Fair pricing, and received full deposit after the end of my tenancy. Only gripe is that sometimes they forgot to tell me about viewing appointments until the same day, but this was never an issue for me.
