We cannot thank Grant enough for all he did when selling our home. Having sadly lost our first buyer, Grant did all he could to ensure we found a second buyer within 48 hours, meaning we didn't lose our new home. When what should have been a relatively easy chain became pretty stressful at times, Grant was brilliant at keeping the lines of communication open and went out of his way to keep us informed at all hours of the day and night. From the fantastic photos on the sales particulars to the honest, friendly communication we had with Grant from day one, it was great to know we had a genuinely decent guy on our side.
