It was a slow start from the original valuation and discussions as we took quite a while to take the plunge and put our house on the market, but Gavin was always available to chat and use as a sounding board on the state of the market and how we should approach the sale. Advice on price point was always balanced and not just geared towards him getting a quick sale and generally his knowledge of the dynamics of the local housing market was extremely useful. As it turns out, even though we sold STC within 5 weeks of going on the market we have been unable to find a suitable property to buy and subsequently our buyers have gone elsewhere. We have now decided to stay where we are for the time being, but will be engaging Gavin and Ewemove once we decide to go again!
