I have been a Landlord at Crown Heights Basingstoke with 2 apartments since they were first built many years ago..must be getting on for 20 years They have both been fully managed by Belvoir (previously Redwoods) in all that time. One property is fully furnished. I highly recommend Belvoir Basingstoke to any other Landlords out there... All the staff are very professional, good humored (as you have to be in this game!) and are very experienced in choosing good tenants. Staff stay with Belvoir/Redwoods for many years which helps with continuity, but is also a good sign of a happy ship in my opinion... The regular inspections are thorough and carried out on time everytime...That's a lot of inspections of 2 apartments over nearly 20 years... I don't live locally to Basingstoke but am quite happy to leave my properties in the care of Belvoir. I have a fair number of properties in the town where I live, which I fully manage myself as I have had poor experiences down here with letting agents. Locally I hold up Belvoir Basingstoke as a model of how a letting agent should be whenever letting agents are discussed. I have been a landlord for over 20 years (and have the scars to prove it !)
