We all know the reputation that estate agents have, but I'm pleased to say that Brockenhurst continue to buck this trend! I have much appreciated their continued care, attention to detail and customer service since their first approach when in Spring 2023 they facilitated the sale of my house on Sherfield Park. My previous estate agent had been fine until the house was under offer, but then I needed to do all the chasing, whereas Brockenhurst called me each week to update on progress and were proactive in ensuring that the buyers and their solicitor was doing what they needed to. More recently, and on account of their previous excellent customer service, a fellow Executor of a late friend's estate and I commissioned Brockenhurst to market her apartment. The property market has not been great and so it has taken much longer than was ideal to sell the flat and so we are both grateful to Dawn and Matt for their persistence and care to enable us to have - at last - now completed on the sale. I remain very grateful to Brockenhurst for their excellent service and am pleased to be able to continue to endorse them as a business seeking to establish themselves better in Basingstoke.
