Poor customer service, came all the way to view a property and the visit was cancelled due to an offer accepted on that day, fair enough. However, property back on the market 3 days later, so they call and see if I want to come back, but no apology or even acknowledgement of the inconvenience and waste of our time.

When an offer is accepted on a property, we are obligated to cancel all pending viewings, including yours, which we did promptly. The subsequent withdrawal of the buyer was unexpected and beyond our control. As soon as the property was back on the market, we proactively reached out to you to offer another viewing opportunity.
While we understand your frustration, we believe our actions were in line with standard procedure and aimed at keeping you informed. We regret any inconvenience caused but stand by our proactive approach in keeping you updated.
