I booked a viewing appointment..I was already at the property and I got the call saying that the booking had to be cancelled. Very disappointing

Dear Tek, I apologise for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your viewing. My colleague Caleb was at the property, but we were instructed at the last minute by the seller to cancel all appointments. Unfortunately, it seems unlikely that we’ll be able to reschedule.
