Professional and Pro-active. We liaised with a number of Estate Agents in the sale and purchase of our home and are really glad we chose Brockenhurst. At every point they have behaved with professionalism and integrity, and it's clear that is part of their management style as all employees were consistently professional. Key Contacts: Matt (Director) was very knowledgable and realistic, full of good advice. Sarah (Manager) she supported us in the sale of our house and kept us sane. Dawn (Move manager) pro-active in chasing down all the parties for getting in shape for exchange etc. They're also all just lovely people to work with, and very patient dealing with all the random questions and various hurdles that come along in the moving process. Thanks all!

Moving home is probably one of the most stressful times in your lifetime, but we can honestly say that the whole Brockenhurst team make it so much easier. Matt was excellent from the very start talking me through the entire process, from marketing the property through to viewings and the sales strategy. Julie, Sarah and Kian were excellent for the viewings, coming round and understanding the property and the neighbours. The viewings process was excellent, building up the interest and conducting a viewings day after listing, our property was under offer within a couple of weeks of listing! Our move manager, Dawn was fantastic. Absolutely incredible with pulling together all information from all parties to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible during the sale and purchase of our next property! We are so glad that we picked Brockenhurst to market our property. You will not be disappointed in the Brockenhurst service, they put in all of the hard work delivered exceptional results.

We’ve had such a brilliant experience buying our first home with Brockenhurst. Every member of the team we’ve worked with was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. In particular, Dawn was excellent and made sure that we were always kept up to date, and her professionalism, kindness and expertise meant that the process has been incredibly smooth. We had many experiences with estate agents during our initial property search, and Brockenhurst really stood out as the best. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to move house.

Selling and buying a new house is a very stressful time, but the team at Brockenhurst made it so much easier! Matt was brilliant from day 1 spending plenty of time talking to me and answering my many questions with patience. The team were actively getting me viewings rather than just waiting for people to call up after seeing it online, and my property was under offer within 2 weeks of going on the market! Then Dawn took over as my move manager, and was an absolute pleasure to have on my side, getting things moving for me and had a great 'leave it with me, I'll sort it' attitude when i raised concerns with my onward purchase, to make sure everything went smoothly. Big thank you to the team 😊 Would 100% recommend!

We purchased a house via Brockenhurst and were looked after by Dawn. Dawn was consistently helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She highlighted potential issues so that we were able to address before they became prohibitive, and really went above and beyond in pushing everything through (in a tough situation due to other parties). She was supportive, both in the process and emotionally, and was communicative and responsive at all stages, ensuring we knew where we were in the process. Without her efforts we're not sure all would have worked out and are incredibly grateful!
