Martin and Co Basingstoke and specifically (Andrew Sheldon) provided a great service that enabled me to sale my property in super quick time, and attracting a perfect buyer. Andrew has vast experience and attention to details that convinced me to use this agent. Extremely competitor on price, whilst providing quality top end online and offline marketing materials, online channels to keep you up to date on appts and feedback and personal updates through the process. Unlike other estate agents they also recommended a truly independent national mortgage broker that supported with unpaid upfront consultancy, then a mortgage that met my needs. As a landlord, I've been using Martin & Co for almost 2 years now and I can happily say everything seems to run smoothly. They do not have a high turn over of staff, response times are generally 24-48hrs and the phone is always answered if I need to call them. Properties are inspected every 3 months and photos are supplied. Their accounts are organised and they provide everything required to ensure I can do my own accounts as well. They assist my nominated maintenance agents with keys, and if required, have their own trusted traders too. My tenants are happy with the other side of their service as well, so overall, 10/10 rating and highly recommended.
