I've been dealing with Andrew Sheldon and team for over years. I'm very pleased with them. I find them very professional and easy to deal with. They are excellent at negotiating with the tenants and provide high quality and regular feedback. For an overseas landlord they are an ideal team to deal with. They provide just enough communication and not too much. Their property reports are thorough and well-written. They just get on with it! In summary I would recommend them to anyone who wants a trouble-free tenancy.

When my partner and I were looking for our first property to rent together, we came into contact with Lindsey at Martin & Co. She quickly organised us a set of viewings for the next day at all the properties we were interested in. We did all our viewings with Lindsey, and found a property that was perfect for us. We got the initial paperwork signed off on the same day as the viewing. There were no bidding wars with other prospective tenants, or cancelled viewings on the same day, as we'd experienced with other estate agents. We found their fees to be very fair, and they were easy to get in contact with throughout the process. Our referencing and tenancy agreement were completed and signed within the next week in a hassle-free fashion, with plenty of guidance and information on hand from Lindsey and Andrew to support us through the process as first-time tenants. They made appointments at convenient times for us, and stuck to them. Moving day came around, and we went into Martin & Co to pick up the keys. Emma was on hand to make sure everything was okay. She talked through all the documentation, the inventory process, setting up our rent payments, and what to expect over the coming days - answering all our queries quickly and professionally. Now moved in, we've had any questions that have arisen answered by Emma within a day of us getting in contact, and are very happily settled in our first place together. Dealing with Martin & Co has been a pleasure, really cutting out a lot of the stress that we could've been faced with. I would highly recommend Martin & Co for anyone looking to rent in the Basingstoke area.
