Impressive customer service. After a booking error on my initial viewing I have been immensely impressed by the customer service offered by Fidelis. I received two calls from them in the following days (including one from the company owner Patrick who had made a donation to charity as an acknowledgement of the error and outlined how it had occurred) and set up another viewing for the following week. The agent we met for the viewing (Mark) was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable; sharing his experiences and providing insights on repairs the property would need and the quotes they had received for work of that type In summary, I am hard-pressed to recall a better customer service experience than the one I have had from Fidelis. They take their work very seriously and the high standards they hold themselves to is admirable in this day and age. Needless to say, I would recommend them.
