Fidelis were recommended to us by a friend and we soon found out why, as right from the beginning of the process, we had lots of viewings which were organised so as to minimise any disruption to us and our dog. Mark then kept us fully informed all the way through and when we encountered some major glitches close to the completion date he managed to save the day when other estate agents would have given up!
