Don't know about the other properties but for Quasar Building in Bath, it is the worst renting experience I have ever had! The lettings really is not responsible at all and caused many troubles to us. Making us pay some what they called "nessessary bills". I really do not recommende this lettings at all as I have had a dreadful experience with them along with their corporating cleaning company.
