Excellent stay at the Bath property

I stayed at the Bath property during my final year at uni. J Aland was very professional in their handling of any issues. I found out that my bed was broken when I first moved in, and as soon as I advised the agent, the bed and mattress were both changed within a few days. The agents are strict regarding payment and cleaning and we made great effort to keep the house clean esp after we moved out. There have been no issues throughout our stay. Would highly recommend the company as letting agents..
