Caroline was extremely efficient and prompt sorting out my broken boiler in my property . I was extremely worried about my tenants not having hot water , especially as they are nurses and need to be clean . Lewis Bradley the heating engineer also communicated quickly to achieve an early date for the work to be done . Thank you Caroline
