Its amazing how Martin & Co have operated when beginning this tenancy. Not only was the process of finding, viewing and applying for the house made incredibly smooth by Kate Armstrong. They have actively planned and organised contractors to sort issues brought up to them on the inventory before we moved in. It have been by far the best experience I have had with a letting agency.
