Lovely property, wrong location

Agent was warm and courtesy and showed me an awesome property but unfortunately it was too far out for town.

Thank you all for your help in finding our home. Especially Gaye who was absolutely amazing and is a star! Her patience and politeness was exceptional. Always kept us updated, always answered our questions and when she didn’t know, always chased it for us. Even when we asked for a second viewing she helped right away. We are really grateful that we chose Martin&Co. Really efficient and hardworking people. Real professionals. Thank you!

Finding a place to rent in Bath at the moment is challenging to say the least. Sarah from Martin and Co has been a massive help in finally securing my new flat. She offered enthusiasm, great communication and kept to her word! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing customer care

I have been searching for a family let on behalf of my daughter who is returning from abroad so I have contacted every estate agent in the Bath area as there is such a shortage of properties. Sarah stood out as the one person I felt was really going to help me, not the standard “ sorry nothing available “ She came across as genuine and professional, explained the situation kindly but honestly, she told me she wouldn’t forget me and she didn’t ! Although I eventually found a property through another agency , I wish it had been through Martin and co because I know that it would have been a pleasure to carry on the process with Sarah. If Sarah is a reflection of the rest of Martin and co then go with them !
