Meridith in particular has been a great help in organising a professional, safe viewing for me to get in and see the property and guiding me through the steps for renting. Everything - from the detailed virtual tour provided, to the physical viewing accurately representing the advertised pictures, to the aftercare and contact speed - has been a step above the rest. I have to say the team at Martin & Co are a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, professional, helpful and act with integrity and care on behalf of their Landlords and tenants. As maintenance contractors it is important that we receive clear and concise instructions of the landlords requirements. This is always supplied and in a timely manner. There is not a lot else we can ask for. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.
