I had no problems with this agency at all, in fact they were very helpful. I needed a place urgently, found the place and managed to schedule a viewing on the same day. No BS that they need to give 24h notice etc. I needed place quickly and credit check takes a while, we worked around that so they helped me a lot, also at the end of tenancy I got full deposit back.
