We have been renting a property through Martin & Co for four and a half years and over this period I have been in contact with quite a few property managers at their Chelsea and Battersea offices. Sadly, as a tenant, I didn’t always feel that I was getting the best possible service which often left me rather disappointed. However, I am happy to say that over the past 18-20 months there has been a significant improvement and I’ve found the interaction with Edith Ivanyi, who I think has recently left, and Rodica Sovar a much more pleasant experience. Rodica has been in charge of managing this property since July and I have been extremely impressed with her professionalism and dedication. Since the house we are renting was built approximately 20 years ago, and it seems that no refurbishment or improvements have taken place since, issues have started to occur with appliances, wiring, heating and hot water systems, etc. Rodica has been absolutely brilliant at responding to urgent situations regarding electric faults, or most recently an emergency with the heating and gas boiler. I am aware that she was working over the weekend and one evening overtime in order to sort out these complex problems. In my experience, Rodica’s professionalism, dedication and drive to provide quality service is simply unique in the industry where she is working. I keep my fingers crossed she is not going anywhere soon. The five stars are for Rodica.
