We had had very good service from the sales teams of Marsh and Parsons in Fulham and Battersea but unfortunately didn't end up buying through them in the end. After we completed on our property purchase, we were keen to be introduced to their Letting department and they have not let us down. Emma Proctor has been nothing but professional and so helpful. This has been particularly valuable and important for us as we do not live locally to the property. When Emma was away on leave I was looked after by Nicola and the team and they again were excellent. Tenants for the property were found swiftly are were in, three weeks after we had completed the purchase. We have only recently been introduced to our Property Manager, Daniel, but he is proving to be very polite, professional, helpful and thorough also. Finally - our whole experience of the Marsh and Parsons staff is that they are sincere and respectful as well as professional - with a lovely sense of humour to go with it. They feel a cohesive team.
