All the team were really helpful and efficient in getting me moved and settled into my new rented property really quickly. Rhys was particularly helpful in going out of his way to remove some items left in the flat that I didn't need. All emails and communications are responded to within 24 hours. I had reported a minor repair required using their excellent online reporting service and the repair was sorted within days to a high standard. When I emailed Rhys for an update this was given in full within 24 hours. Really satisfied with the team and the level of support provided so far.
