From beginning to end, the service we have received with Moginie James has been excellent. The team in the Albany Road office are very friendly and approachable as was Andrew, who came out to give us the valuation. None of the team were ever pushy, and every person we dealt with left us confident that they would deal with our requests. Michelle managed and progressed the sale and kept us up to date with very regular emails and phonecalls, and we felt completely 'in the picture' at all times. Michelle was very knowledgeable, moved things through quickly and easily and was always available to answer questions or emails. We did consider going with an online estate agent, but having received such excellent customer service, and had such a stress free sale, we were delighted that we chose to go with Moginie James, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their team to friends and family!
