Moginie James are an absolutely fantastic agent. The service I received was second to none at what is an incredibly stressful time, full of expense, uncertainties, and strong emotions. All staff I dealt with at the Albany Road branch were so friendly and always available to deal with any queries....Graham, Annamarie, Joanne and Lynn to name a few. They always provided prompt feedback after viewings and were respectful of my wishes when at my property (watch the cats!!). They own Roath because they are the best. They non-invasively offered me their additional financial services. We chose to accept their legal services recommendation which made the process even more seamless due to the high level of communication. The after sales care was also fantastic and Michelle would keep in regular contact to advise of progress and chase things up where necessary (another burden relieved). I would only ever use Moginie James (although can't be doing with another move just yet). I only wish I had been able to buy through Moginie James as well.
