This has been a long process for us and Moginie James, but we are coming to the end of the tunnel. Throughout the process the Cyncoed Office has been wonderful. They are there whenever you need them and always supportive and helpful. The staff are excellent in this branch and go above and beyond what is needed. Michelle in sales progression has been a massive support. She is an ultimate professional who is determined to get the necessary result and has always been a cheerful point of contact who always keeps us up to speed.
