Firstly I met Luke Tresize Sales Valuer Moginie James Albany Road who was very understanding on the sale of our Mum's house as she had sadly passed away. He listened to what I had to say and I did not feel any pressure to use Moginie James and that was why I chose them. Luke took really great photographs for the Brochure and showed great respect to the house and was very professional. I feel that with Moginie James they give true valuations and are realistic with market trends. All the staff in the Albany Road branch are so helpful and were aware of our sale no matter who answered the phone. Also thanks to Lynne Patterson Sales Consultant who had previously helped my husband & I with our house sale 6 years ago!!!! At Moginie James I feel they are amazing at matching their Sellers & Buyers. Especially as soon as the house was on sale viewings started immediately. From this our buyer was found in Two Days and completion within 8 weeks. Michelle Lloyd Sales Progression Manager based at Head Office was very understanding regarding the Sales Brouchure. I wanted some changes in wording & picture layouts not a problem. New draft sent to me to approve. It was so quick and the signing of paperwork on line amazed me. Michelle was able to answer my queries and I felt at ease. Michelle updated me every week on the progress of the sale which was very helpful for me so I could pass on information to the rest of the family.
