Completely on the ball

Michelle made a difficult time much easier. Out of everyone in the process, Michelle was the most communicative, spoke in layman's terms and made an often stressful & pressured process much more manageable. She was definitely the light in a seemingly never-ending tunnel. Nothing seems too much trouble; responses were quick & succinct and her manner and attitude were great. I wish everyone in the process were like her.
