Jayne did not act for me, I was a purchaser and so she was acting for the sellers/vendors. Jayne was easy to get hold of, always called back when she said she would, made sensible suggestions, was very professional, kept the process moving, chased parties (including financial advisors, solicitors of both parties) without prompting, and made the transaction go far quicker and smoother than it otherwise would have. After dealing with Jayne and seeing was an asset she was to her clients, I would definitely instruct her in the future when I come to sell.
