First time Rental Dream!

I recently have moved back to Bedford and after many years of owning my own house needed to rent a property.. After speaking with several rental companies I was shown unsuitable properties and left confused at the entire process and feeling that I would have to settle for somewhere that I was not going to feel happy in. However, once I called Lenwell all of this changed. Hannah, Kate and Ruth were simply brilliant. They explained the process, listened to my requirements and then came up with the perfect property for me, in the right location and right price. As a first time Tenant I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance and re-assurance through the process. Every time I called or emailled things were dealt with conscientiously and efficiently. Once the arrangement was concluded the hand over was dealt with very well and follow up calls to make sure I was settled really made me feel valued as a Tenant and that I could approach them with any issues. I am so lucky to have rented my property through Lenwell and cannot recommend them highly enough.
