The staff at Whitegates were all incredibly kind, patient and efficient through the whole process of buying my house. I had lots of daft questions, but everything was answered quickly, professionally, and I never felt like I was asking too much. I felt supported the whole way along. I can't recommend the team more, and I'm delighted with my new home.

Whitegates and especially Reka were great in helping sort out our tenancy, the team was incredibly patient with me constantly calling with small questions! It did take a little longer to sort than I had expected but I've only rented student accommodation before this so the process might be a little different! We had a little thing which needed fixing/looking at when we had moved in and they had sent someone round in a matter of hours which I was very impressed with as when renting before we often had to wait days before anything got looked at or fixed.

Whitegates always keeps in touch with me. When my tenants gave notice there were about ten viewings the next weekend. I got their feedback on the house and YES a prospective tenant began to apply to rent the house. This estate agent works hard for me and delivers.....I can sleep at night with them in charge. They keep void periods to a minimum and so are cost effective.
