The staffs are kind. Julia - one of the staffs - always immediately responded to my email and clearly explained what to do next. Even though I do not speak English well, she always treated me kindly. I just wanted to send some really positive feed back about our yearly inspection that was carried out by Karen Hall. My family and I have lived at the address for over 6yrs now and as long tearm tenants in our home we have had many inspections. Karen was an absolute delight to meet and had the up most respect for our little home. She was very professional with her attention to detail on all repairs that need doing to our house. She took plenty of photographs and documented everything which was clear when we had the report sent to us the very next day. This is something that has never happened before. I feel very reassured. The team at Whitegates are excellent.. As a new, and slightly anxious landlord, I found their advice invaluable. Extremely professional service that exceeded my expectations. Emails and calls are answered very swiftly, and updates on the letting process etc are clear and timely.
