Do not rent out through Whitegates Beeston. This agency should not have been allowed to be in a market at very first place. Extremely unprofessional staff and behaviour at Whitegates Beeston. All is good till you encounter some problem as a tenant. They do not reply to your queries and start ignoring. They will do their level best to hold your deposit for all the fabricated reasons. Extremely extremely disappointed. Complained about mould and they didn't even bother to fix such problem. In and out of the hospital due to spread of mould everywhere, health and safety regarding their old time fire place. I ADVISE YOU NOT TO RENT FROM THIS PEOPLE . THEY ARE NO DIFFERENT FROM THE PRIME MINISTER AND HIS FRAUDSTERS.
