My friends and I rented a flat with Ellis and co. Not sure if we were discriminated against because we were students, or because we were Asian, but the agents (Ashley in particular) were very rude and condescending. They also ignored our emails and phone calls for months, which meant we had to deal with broken heating, broken taps, broke fire alarms etc.for months. 100% do not recommend.
